There’s a bit of creative friction here:

Juan Carlos grew up in Bogota, Colombia. Jared, Independence, Missouri. Juan Carlos was a Petty Officer 3rd class on the USS Iwo Jima (LPH-1). Jared graduated Magna Cum Laude from an all women's college. Juan Carlos tended bar for Gloria Estefan. Jared told gunfight stories to kids at Busch Gardens. Creative friction for sure, the good kind.
 
They've been partners for 18 years. The first ten, in the agency world, has informed the entertainment content they've been developing for the past eight at Nickelodeon. They've worked in nearly every category developing brands’ stories in both long and short form from TV to mobile.
